Join Black Sheep Pizza founder and chef Jordan Smith at our Eat Street location for a night of sausage making and whiskey tasting. You will learn how to season, case and tie off sausage links all while learning about and sipping on whiskey from our vendor partners. The perfect combo for a cold night in January. Everybody will bring home sausage that they personally help prepare as well as recipes and a step-by-step guide for all of you home chefs that want to try out your new skills at home. 

The details:

Class will take place on Wednesday, January 15 from 6-9 pm. Enter through Black Sheep Pizza on the corner of Nicollet Ave and 26th street and head past the bar and through the doors into our new “classroom”. There is free street parking in the neighborhood and a few spots in the lot on the south side of our building. Contact with any questions.
